Weekly numbers in one Monday email

Jobs done, revenue per bay or per van, and outstanding invoices, pulled from the diary and your accounts, in your inbox at seven on Monday.

Monday, seven in the morning, one email. Jobs done last week, by bay or by van. Revenue per bay or per van. Invoices sent, invoices paid, invoices over thirty days with the customer's name next to each.

The figures come from where they already are. The diary gives the jobs. Xero or QuickBooks gives the invoices. The job sheets give which bay or which van. Nothing is typed in twice.

It is one email because nobody opens a dashboard on a Monday. An email gets read at the kitchen table.

Below the numbers sit the same numbers from the week before and from the same week last year, so a quiet week looks quiet against something.

If one bay did three jobs and the others did eleven, you see it before anyone tells you.

This is the kind of thing we build. It runs in your own accounts. Which van paid for itself last week?
