Next week's timetable becomes the posts

One Google Sheet with seven columns turns into the Instagram graphic, the Mailchimp teaser and the WhatsApp broadcast.

Google Sheets, one tab, seven columns, Monday to Sunday. That is where most studios already keep next week's timetable before it goes anywhere else. The owner fills it in on Thursday. Then on Sunday night she rebuilds the same information as an Instagram graphic, types it again into a Mailchimp email, and again into a WhatsApp broadcast.

The system reads the sheet on Friday morning. It generates the week's timetable graphic in the studio's template, writes a short caption, drafts the Mailchimp teaser with the two classes that have the most space, and puts all of it in a folder called Approve. She gets one message with three previews. Tap yes and the Instagram post is scheduled for Sunday at 6pm and the email goes Monday at 7am. Tap no on any of them and it stays in the folder.

Offers work the same way. Add a row to the offers tab, a new member deal or a half-term kids block, and it becomes a post and a line in the email. Nobody types it twice.

This is the kind of thing we build. It runs in your own Instagram, Mailchimp and Google accounts. The Sunday night session goes from forty minutes to one tap.
