ANDLANE v2.1

Live business dashboards — no more weekend reports.

Stripe, Google Analytics, your CRM and accounting tools — pulled into one Monday-morning view. Live. Always current. Yours.

Why automate this, exactly?

Most small business owners spend half of Sunday afternoon building 'how did last week go?' reports — copy-pasting numbers from Stripe, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Xero, and three spreadsheets into a Word doc nobody reads on Monday. It's the single most universal hidden time-cost in small business, and the most easily automated. Andlane builds live business dashboards that pull from your existing tools — payments, web analytics, CRM, accounting, advertising — into one always-current view. Monday-morning summaries get emailed to your inbox automatically. Custom KPI views for board meetings, investor updates, or your own gut-check. The dashboards run on infrastructure you own (or a hosted version we maintain), so you're not locked into a SaaS subscription that grows with your customer count. Most clients save 4 to 8 hours per week from the moment we go live.

Four pieces that work together.

Each one is useful on its own. Stacked, they remove a category of work from your week entirely.

Custom KPI summaries to inbox

Daily, weekly, or monthly digests of the metrics that actually matter to you — sent to your inbox in the format you'll actually read. Slack channel alerts for thresholds (revenue ahead of target, conversion down).

CFO-grade summary views

For boards, investors, or your own monthly review: P&L, runway, cohort retention, unit economics — pulled live from your accounting and operations data.

What it looks like in a real business.

A real-world scenario ↘

The director of a 12-person London creative agency was spending half of every Sunday building 'how did last week go?' reports for her team Monday meeting. Stripe revenue, HubSpot pipeline, Google Analytics traffic, time-tracker hours per project — all copy-pasted into a deck. We built her a one-page dashboard that pulls live from all five sources, automatically updates, and emails her a 5-bullet summary every Monday at 7am with the highlights and any concerning trends. She gets back six hours every weekend, and the team gets cleaner numbers than she could pull together in a hurry on Sunday night.

Plays nice with the tools you already use.

If yours isn't on this list, ask — we can almost certainly work with it.

About reporting & dashboards.

What dashboard tool do you build with?
Depends on what fits. For straightforward dashboards we use Looker Studio (free, integrates with Google everything). For more complex ones, Metabase (self-hosted, full SQL access) or a custom-built web dashboard. We pick based on your data sources, your team's technical comfort, and your budget.
Do I need to give you access to all my financial data?
Only read-only access to the specific tools you want pulled in. We never need write access to your bank, accounting, or payment tools. Everything runs through official APIs with documented permissions.
What if my data is in 5 different tools that don't talk to each other?
That's the most common starting point. We build the connections — typically using Make, Zapier, or direct API integrations — and pull everything into one unified view. The dashboard is the customer-facing layer; the integration plumbing happens behind it.
How does monthly reporting compare to weekly?
Weekly is for operational decisions (am I on track for the month?), monthly is for strategic ones (which channels are working over time?). Most clients run both. We can set up monthly board-style reports with narrative commentary auto-drafted from the underlying data.
Can I add new metrics later without rebuilding?
Yes. The way we structure the data layer, adding a new metric or data source is usually a couple of hours of work, not a full rebuild. Ongoing retainer clients can request new metrics monthly.
