The proposal is drafted before the call is cold

The transcript fills your proposal template, section by section, and a draft is in Drive about ten minutes after you hang up.

The prospect gets off the call at 3pm. By the time they have made a coffee and sat back down, they have an email from you with a proposal attached. It covers what they said their problem was, in their words, how you would approach it, what is in scope and what is not, and the price. Two pages. They read it while it is still fresh.

Most consultancies send that document four to six days later, because writing it takes an evening and the evening keeps moving.

The mechanism is simple. The call is recorded, with consent, through whatever you already use for calls. The transcript lands in a folder. The system reads it and fills your proposal template, section by section. The understanding section comes from what the client actually said. The approach section comes from your standard approach for that kind of job, adjusted to what was said. Scope comes from the specifics mentioned. Price comes from your rate card, if you have one, or is left as a blank for you.

You get a draft in Google Drive, in your own template, within about ten minutes of hanging up. You edit it, which usually means cutting a paragraph and fixing one number, and you send it. Same afternoon.

This is the kind of thing we build. It runs in your own accounts. Which of your last five proposals went out the same day as the call?
