The 12th of every month. Twenty-two clients, twenty-two management accounts summaries, the same six pages each, exported from Xero, pasted into your template, checked, saved as PDF and emailed. One person, two days.
The pack is yours. Your cover, your six pages, your order. The system pulls the numbers once the month is closed, drops them into your layout and produces the PDF.
The part clients actually read is the note. Three or four sentences in plain English on what changed. Sales up 8% on last month, mostly one invoice. Wages higher because of the two starters in March. Cash lower because the VAT bill went out on the 7th. The note is drafted from the numbers and you edit it, which takes a minute, because you already know why.
It goes out on the schedule you set, from your address, with the PDF attached and a copy in Drive. Twenty-two packs on the 12th, before lunch.
This is the kind of thing we build. It runs in your own accounts.
