Monthly client reports written on the 1st

Numbers pulled from every tool, charts in your style, commentary drafted from what the team did, PDF and email ready to send.

On the 2nd of every month a client of a marketing agency gets a PDF. Twelve pages. Page one is the numbers they care about against last month and against target. Page two is what the agency did, in plain sentences. Page three is what happens next. Pages four to twelve are the charts, for the ones who want them. It arrives at 9am, same day every month, and it reads like a person wrote it.

The account manager spent twenty minutes on it. She read it and changed two sentences.

The old version of that morning: export from four tools, paste into a Google Sheet, fix the one column that always imports wrong, make the charts, drop them into the template, write the commentary, realise a number does not match the one on the invoice, go back. Half a day per client across eight clients. The first week of every month, gone.

The automated version pulls the numbers from where they are. Ad platforms, analytics, the CRM, Harvest or Toggl for the hours. It writes them into one table per client with last month and target alongside. It generates the charts in your house style. It drafts the commentary from the numbers and from the activity log, which is whatever your team wrote in Slack or Notion during the month, so the report says what was actually done. It assembles the PDF in your layout and puts it in a Drive folder with a draft email to the client.

The account manager opens the draft on the 1st, reads it, and sends it on the 2nd. If a number looks wrong, she can trace it back to the source in one click, because the table keeps where every figure came from.

This is the kind of thing we build. It runs in your own accounts. How long does your first week of the month take?
