Monday 7am, one email with the numbers

Attendance, new members, churn and revenue pulled from the booking system and payments on Sunday night, four lines long.

Monday, 7am, one email. Attendance last week against the week before. New members. Memberships cancelled or frozen. Revenue by class type, with retail separate. Four lines of numbers, each with an arrow.

Everything in it already exists. Attendance and membership changes are in Mindbody or whatever the booking system is. Payments are in Stripe or Square. Fresha has its own reports if you log in and click around for ten minutes, which nobody does on a Monday. The system pulls from each one on Sunday night, writes the four lines, and adds a sentence or two about anything that stands out. Thursday 6.30 ran at 40 per cent for the second week. Two members on the new plan cancelled inside the first month.

The email is short on purpose. If there is something worth looking at, there is a link to a Google Sheet with every number behind it, by class and by instructor. Most weeks nobody opens the sheet. The week something is wrong, it is there.

The same numbers in the same order every Monday, so after a month the owner reads it in thirty seconds and knows whether the week was normal.

This is the kind of thing we build. It runs on your own booking system, your own payments account and your own email. What did last Tuesday's 6.30 run at?
