Listing copy drafted from your photos

Upload the photos and a few facts. The description, Rightmove bullets and two social posts come back in your house style.

Twenty six photos from the photographer, a floor plan, and a WhatsApp from the negotiator that says three bed, garden, chain free, council tax band D. That is normally where the description starts, at about 5pm, in a hurry.

The system takes the same inputs. It looks at the photos and works out what is in them: the bay window, the side return extension, the fitted wardrobes in the second bedroom. It reads the facts from the message. Then it drafts the description in the style of your last fifty listings, which it has read, so it uses your words for things. If you never say deceptively spacious, neither does it.

You get the long description, the bullet points for Rightmove, a shorter version for the window card and two social posts with the best photo picked. Edit what you want and it goes out. The whole thing is in a Google Doc before the negotiator has made a tea.

We build it to learn your house style from what you have already published. The last fifty listings are the brief.
