The week's numbers in one Monday email

Covers, spend per head, reviews and the coming week's bookings, pulled from the tools you already have, twelve lines long.

Monday, 7am, one email. Covers for the week against the same week last year. Average spend per head, split lunch and dinner. New reviews, with the average and the one worth reading. Bookings already in the diary for the coming week, and how Saturday looks.

The numbers come from places you already have. Covers and spend from the till, Square or whatever you use, bookings from OpenTable or ResDiary, reviews from Google and Tripadvisor, Deliveroo orders if you do them. Nobody types anything in.

It is about twelve lines long. If something moved more than usual, a quiet Friday, a jump in no-shows, it says so in one sentence at the top. If nothing moved, it says that too.

The same figures go into a Google Sheet, one row per week, so by March there is a year you can look back on.

This is the kind of thing we build. The email comes from your own account and the sheet is yours.
