Your weekly numbers in a Monday email

No-show rate, utilisation per practitioner, new versus returning, invoiced against last year, in your inbox every Monday morning.

Eleven per cent no-shows feels like a slow week when you are inside it. It only looks like eleven per cent when someone counts.

The Monday email arrives at 07:00. One screen. No-show rate for the week and the eight weeks before it. Utilisation per practitioner, which is booked hours over available hours, so a 60 per cent next to a name means two hours of every five sat empty. New patients versus returning, as a count and as a share.

Revenue invoiced in Xero against the same week last year. Where a number moved by more than ten per cent, one line says which direction and which practitioner.

It reads the diary straight from Cliniko, Jane or Semble, and the money from Xero or Stripe, so nobody exports anything on a Friday. If you track something odd, cancellations inside 24 hours, time from enquiry to first appointment, the room that is never booked on a Wednesday, it goes in as another row.

There is no dashboard to log into unless you want one. Most practice owners read the email on their phone before the first patient and that is the whole ritual.

Nothing about an individual patient's care appears in it. Counts, rates, hours, pounds. If a number looks wrong, the email says which rows it came from so you can check.

This is the kind of thing we build. It runs in your own accounts. What was your no-show rate last week, to the nearest per cent?
