Someone leaves a four star Google review at 23:10 on a Tuesday. Nice food, slow on the drinks. By the time you see it there are three more under it and the one that stings is from a stag group you remember well.
Every morning at 8 the system pulls the new reviews from Google and Tripadvisor. For each one it drafts a reply in your voice. Yours, because at the start you give it ten of your own replies to copy the tone from, and it sticks to them. Short, first name signed off, no 'we are sorry you feel that way'.
Four and five stars get a draft that mentions something specific from the review, the dish or the server's name if they gave one. Those sit in a list and you approve them in a batch with your coffee, or set them to go out on their own after 24 hours if you have not touched them.
Anything three stars or under stops. It does not get a reply until you have read it. You get a WhatsApp with the review quoted, a suggested reply, and the booking it probably matches if the name and date line up with the diary. You change a word or two and send, or you ring them instead.
A monthly line goes to Google Sheets: how many reviews, the average, which words keep coming up. 'Slow' three times in March is worth knowing.
This is the kind of thing we build. It replies from your Google Business and Tripadvisor accounts, nothing in between.
