The patient walks out feeling better than when they came in. That feeling lasts about a day. The Google review you would like from them, if it comes at all, comes three weeks later when they remember, which is never.
So the ask goes out that evening. A text at 18:30 from the practice number. How did it go today, one to five. Tapping a 4 or 5 opens the Google review page for your practice. Tapping a 1, 2 or 3 opens a box that says tell us what went wrong, and that message goes to your inbox, with the patient's name and the appointment, before anyone else sees it.
That routing is the point. Unhappy patients want to be heard, and most of them want to be heard by you, in private. The happy ones need the link in front of them while they still feel it.
The message does not go out after every appointment. You mark the ones that should not get one, a difficult conversation or a late cancellation, and those are skipped. You set the rule and the system follows it.
Any reply that mentions a symptom, a reaction, or a question about treatment is passed to you as written. A review request is admin. Anything clinical in the answer is yours.
This is the kind of thing we build. It runs in your own accounts. When did your last Google review arrive?
