A quote from four photos and a voice note

Photos and a voice note from the van become a draft quote in your own format, priced from your own rates, in minutes.

The voice note is 38 seconds long. Four photos of a bathroom, a floor plan drawn on the back of an envelope, and you saying what you would do: strip it out, new tray, tile to the ceiling on two walls, move the waste half a metre.

That is enough to write a quote. It just does not get written, because writing it means an evening at the kitchen table with a laptop and the rate sheet, and by Thursday the customer has two other prices.

So the system writes the first draft. It takes the photos and the voice note, reads your labour rates and the parts list you already use, and fills in the quote layout you already send, with your logo and your terms at the bottom. It comes back as a PDF and a short list of the numbers it was unsure about.

You check it in the van. Change the tiling from 9 to 11 square metres, add the day for the sparky, press send. Twelve minutes from voice note to quote in the customer's inbox, and that was while parked outside the merchant.

The rates stay yours and so does the decision to send. The system has no opinion on what a day of your time is worth.

We build this in Gmail or Outlook, from the account you already quote from, with the rates in a Google Sheet you can edit. When did you last send a quote the same day you saw the job?
