A week of product posts from one delivery

New stock becomes seven drafted posts in your tone, from the photos and copy already on your product pages.

Thursday, a delivery of forty new lines arrives, and the plan is to photograph them on Friday and post over the week. By the following Thursday three have been posted and the rest are still in the box.

The system starts from the product pages. New stock added to Shopify or WooCommerce in the last seven days, or a theme you type in, like rainy weekend or back to school. For each product it takes the photo you already uploaded, the description you already wrote and the price, and drafts a post in your tone. Your tone is learnt from your last fifty Instagram posts, so it sounds like you and avoids words you would never use.

Seven posts, one for each day, with the caption, the hashtags you usually use and the product link. They go into your scheduling tool as drafts. You open it on Friday afternoon, delete two, edit one, approve the rest. Nothing goes out without that.

This is the kind of thing we build. It runs in your own accounts. What arrived this week that nobody has posted yet?
