Site photos filed by project and date

Photos from your phone are renamed, filed to the right project and stage, and a weekly set is pulled for the client report.

Three hundred and twelve photos on your phone from the last site visit, named IMG_4471 to IMG_4783, mixed in with a picture of your lunch.

You send them to one WhatsApp number or one email address, or they sync from the phone's camera folder. Each photo is matched to a project from the date, the location in the file, and what is in it. It is renamed, 2026-10-28_Hackney_Stage5_031.jpg, and dropped in the right project folder on Dropbox or Google Drive, under the right stage. The lunch is left alone.

On Thursday afternoon a set of the week's clearest photos per project is pulled into one folder, cropped square, captioned with the date, ready to go into the client report. Twelve photos instead of three hundred.

This is the kind of thing we build. It runs in your own accounts. Where are last month's site photos right now?
