The first fortnight of a new member

A sign-up at 10.40pm triggers a welcome, an intake form, a reminder and a week-two check-in, all in your words.

A new member signs up through Fresha or Mindbody at 10.40pm, pays, and hears nothing until they turn up. Or they get the booking system's own confirmation, which looks like a receipt.

The sign-up is the trigger. Within a minute a welcome email goes from the owner's own Gmail, with what to bring, where to park, and the name of whoever teaches their first class. Behind it is a short intake form: injuries, goals, how they heard about you. The answers land in a Google Sheet and in the booking system's notes field so the instructor sees them before the class, instead of asking at the door.

The day before the first session, a text. The morning after, nothing, because people do not want a survey an hour after their first spin class. Two weeks in, a short message asking how it is going and whether the times suit. The replies come to the owner's phone like any other message.

Four touches, all timed off the sign-up date and written in the studio's own words. If the member has not booked a second class by day ten, the owner gets told, which is the only part of this that needs a human.

This is the kind of thing we build. It runs in your own booking system and your own email. What does a new member hear from you between paying and turning up?
