The call ends at 11.28. At 11.34 there is an email in the client's inbox: thanks for the time, here is what we agreed and here is what we need from you by Friday. It reads like you wrote it, because the draft is built from how you write. The recording became a transcript, the transcript became a draft in Gmail, and you read it for thirty seconds and pressed send.
Behind it, three actions went into Notion with owners and dates. One for you, two for the person on your team who was not on the call. She gets a Slack message with the three lines and a link to the full transcript, in case the summary missed something.
That is the whole thing. The parts are old. People have been recording calls and writing notes for years. What changes is that the notes write themselves inside six minutes, and the recap goes while the client still remembers the call, so there is no email three days later asking what was agreed.
The clients notice the speed.
This is the kind of thing we build. It runs in your own accounts.
